Pole 101
Pole dancing is so addicting…each class will have you wanting more. Pole fitness can give you the body you deserve and always wanted. This course is designed to teach you how to safely use the pole in your fitness regimen. You will learn several pole spins and tricks. Develop upper body strength to prepare you for the more challenging moves in level II. Learn how to become one with the pole as you engage in a thought provoking-mesmerizing, super sultry pole dance routine. You will discover or enhance your sensual side. Pose and position your body beyond belief…most importantly, you will see immediate results. Our class size is limited to six people in efforts to provide you premium personalized service.
Our 5 week series class will meet once a week for an hour. The 5th week is Lights-Camera-Dance. Here is your chance to leave all inhibitions behind, relax and discover the sexy side of you. Best of all, you get into shape while having a great time! You can opt to receive digital recording and photography of your final class as a personal keepsake or gift to your partner. All classes must be reserved in advance.
