Next Level Pole
Are you ready to climb the pole? Are you ready to go upside down in an eagle spread position? Are you ready to take your pole to the next level?
This class will teach you how to develop your Pole 101 moves into a more intense-inverted workout. You will learn in-air leg windmills, open v-leg spins, how to climb the pole from the bottom up (aka: snake the pole), how to support yourself using both lower and upper body strength. Of course pole positioned sit-ups are must…sexy abs will be a given accomplishing this move. Your dance routine will incorporate several sexy floor moves and pole to pole transitions. You will be amazed at how strong you’ve at or before the completion of this class.
Our 5 week series class will meet once a week for an hour. The 5th week is Lights-Camera-Dance. Here is your chance to leave all inhibitions behind, relax and discover the sexy side of you. Best of all, you get into shape while having a great time! You can opt to receive digital recording and photography of your final class as a personal keepsake or gift to your partner. All classes must be reserved in advance.
